Marketing. Ahhhh, Marketing! A 4-letter word to some, a wealth of ideas to others. No matter how the market and brand your business, everything comes down to this: we want customers, we want to stay business in the long term and we pay for our time and talents.
The thing about marketing is that sometimes it can be a crap shoot. It attempts something in August and customers come to you en masse. Try something more in February and stinks like last Weeka € ™ s garbage. Donâ € ™ t let it get you down; in fact, take the A œstinky € € garbageâ efforts and turn them into learning experiences. Do research, check your numbers and figure what went wrong. Whatever you do, donâ € ™ t think of these attempts as failures – they € ™ re not!
One of the successes in my arsenal of marketing and branding is the landing page or sales. Now, I must say that I absolutely despise the € â € œtypicalâ sales page – you know, those œDear friendA € â € and today € ™ s date at the top. Or that they have many of large red bullets and arrows and testimony in a table in a yellow background. Iâ € ™ m not youâ € ™ re friends and I donâ t ™ € read testimonials. The typical landing page does not attract me â € |
What appeals to me is to let my personality and aggression shine through. I want visitors to my blog and websites to immediately think to themselves, â € OEI have to talk to this person.id € One of the I'ma Forms ™ € I achieved all this with the important objective is Loria € ™ s version of the sales page. Guppy or a shark? You Decide â € |
I categorize business owners in one of two ways: Guppies or sharks. The first thing the world to ignore them and show no aggression, the latter being in business for the long term and not allow anything or anyone stand in its path. Another thing I do to bring home the Guppy and marketing of sharks and is the brand for the readers of my blog address as either sharks or Guppies. Yet another example of Loria € ™ s version of an effective sales page! For those of you who donâ € ™ t know me, needs to realize how important customer service is awesome my business. Me and my team work with clients virtually, and God knows itâ € ™ s enough going strong as doing business owners about Virtual Assistance cart. On my blog and page sales, make it perfectly clear that the concept of Customer Killer is one that me and my staff to eat, live and breathe every day.
