Power supply to Videocard question??!?
Ok, i jst bought q new bfg geforce gtx 280 overclock. I connect it in da pci-e wtv... Da only thing i hav to do is connect da power supply to da video card. Da videocard has 8pin and 6pin input for da power supply, my power supply has 8and 6 pin connector for da video card. Should i only choose 1 either the 8 or the 6 pin or both?
You should definately use both connectors.
Replace 3.7V LiPo battery with wall power?
I want to use the same JST 2mm pin spacing connector.
You need to know the current. 1/2 amp, 1 amp, 2 amps?
then get one of those small plug in supplies rated about 3.5 to 4 volts DC at that current or more. You may have to cut off the end and put a new connector on it. Make sure you get the polarity correct.
