Full-Featured And Multi-Functional Adsl 2+ Tester
Toronto, Canada - GAO Tek Inc. (www.GAOTek.com) has announced the release of its multi-functional ADSL 2+ tester which is suitable for tier-1 ADSL applications. It functions as a digital multi-meter to test subscriber telephone connectivity and line parameters. This powerful tester offers such test functions as upstream and downstream rate measurements, error counts, digital multi meter (DMM) test functions, modem simulation, and ping and trace testing. Its compact size, rugged design, simple operation and powerful functions make the tester an ideal solution for ADSL technicians and engineers.
This invaluable ADSL 2+ tester, model 2048, operates under the Windows™ CE platform. It offers auto-off function, various voice alerts and LED indications as well as an integrated website browser. The ADSL2 + tester supports testing on ADSL 2 + (G.992.5), ADSL 2 (G.992.3), RE-ADSL (Annex L), Double Upstream (Annex M) and is downward compatible with ADSL (G.DMT, G.Lite, T1.43) line standards. It has a maximum transmission distance of 6.5km and carries out measurement immediately with a simple push of the "Auto Test" key. Test results can be uploaded, saved and printed through the embedded Test Manager Pro Software which is upgradable via an Ethernet or USB interface.
