Have been trying to get track rod end off my mondeo all afternoon but the locking nut won’t budge?
Have tried several wrench’s and spanners, have been belting them with lump hammer but it just won’t budge. If I get a blow torch onto it, will that help ?
Yep, get some heat on it, being careful not to set fire to your car, and heat the nut until it starts to color. Dont burn yourself, and get your wrench and, with a tap. undo the nut…. good luck
